Anne Dutton, MA, LCSW, is an integrative psychotherapist. She specializes in combining psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic therapy, and psychedelic medicine. She is trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychology, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
“I have a diverse cultural and linguistic background, having grown up in Japan and done extensive meditation training and academic study there, as well as an eclectic training in various forms and traditions of psychotherapy and somatic modalities. I draw on all of these in my work. However, I believe the real path to healing lies in the relationship between therapist and client.”

She is a Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT registered Yoga Teacher and is certified as a Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She studied Buddhism at Komazawa University in Tokyo, Japan and holds an MA in Buddhist Studies from Yale University.
